At Reverieva , every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Because each garment is made after your order is placed and created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every piece requires dedicated time, craftsmanship, and materials to bring your vision to life.

Standard Size Orders

Our standard-size garments are made to order using the size selected at checkout. Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing to ensure you select the best fit.

Bespoke Orders

For clients seeking a truly personalized fit, we offer a bespoke service. During this process, we will personally guide you through taking your measurements and work closely with you to create a garment tailored as accurately as possible to your body and preferences.

As every bespoke garment is made exclusively for one client, all bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Our Quality Guarantee

Although we do not accept returns due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our garments, we proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If your order:

• Arrives damaged during shipping,

• Has a manufacturing defect,

• Significantly differs from the design you approved, or

• Does not meet the quality standards you reasonably expect,

please contact us as soon as possible at contact@reverieva.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Every concern is reviewed individually. If we determine that the issue is due to our workmanship or an error on our part, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, reconstruction, replacement, or, in exceptional cases, a refund.

Garment Care & Construction

Certain components—including lacing, eyelets, trims, embellishments, and other finishing details—are attached to textile-based materials and should be handled with care.

Damage resulting from excessive force, improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, alterations made after delivery, or failure to follow provided care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

We encourage gentle handling and proper care of all garments to preserve their beauty, structure, and longevity.
