Shipping Policy

All Reverieva garments are made to order. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:

  • Clothing pieces (tops, skirts, etc.) — up to 6 weeks
  • Gowns — up to 2–3 months

Production time begins after your order is placed and all measurements are confirmed.

Rush Orders Need your garment sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us at contact@reverieva.com before placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.

Domestic (US) Shipping

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after production
  • Express: 1–3 business days after production

Canada

  • Standard: 7–14 business days after production

International (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia)

  • Standard: 7–21 business days after production
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please Note Because all garments are made to order, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
